They cared for our loved one, who was dependent on a ventilator, by assembling a specialized team capable of meeting the complex needs of such a patient. Halo Home Health provided 24-hour care with a consistent group of nurses and aides, minimizing turnover. The staff maintained open communication with our family and coordinated seamlessly physical and occupational therapists and at-home doctor visits. Our team of nurses were punctual and never missed a shift. Halo Home Health even trained additional backup staff to cover for any unexpected absences, although this rarely happened. The team leads were supportive and available to answer any questions, even outside their scheduled hours.
